These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Eburutu AI Solutions website and the purchase of products and services from Eburutu AI Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
By accessing our website, booking a consultation, or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
We offer AI implementation consultancy, IT training, digital literacy programmes, and SME IT support services. All services are subject to a separate service agreement or statement of work agreed between us and the client prior to commencement.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or business at our sole discretion.
Our 30-minute consultation is offered free of charge and without obligation. It does not constitute a contract for services. Any subsequent engagement will be confirmed in writing.
Our digital products (templates, e-books, and online courses) are available for purchase through our website. The following terms apply:
Because digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase, you acknowledge that your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 is waived once the download link has been accessed.
All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely through PayPal or Stripe.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Any price change will not affect an order already placed and confirmed.
You may cancel or reschedule a booked session with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the session cost.
Monthly support retainers may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. No refund will be issued for any portion of the current billing period already commenced.
Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds on digital product purchases once a download link has been accessed. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve it promptly.
In the unlikely event that a product is materially different from its description, we will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, course materials, templates, and e-books — is the intellectual property of Eburutu AI Solutions Ltd and is protected by UK copyright law.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission, except where expressly permitted by the product licence.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eburutu AI Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our services or website.
Our total liability for any claim arising in connection with a service or product shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that service or product.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
